- Stamp and mail save the dates and invitations

- Assist in creating guest list, seating chart, photography shot list, and payment schedule

- Set up hotel blocks for out-of-town guests

- Schedule and coordinate transportation to/from ceremony and reception

- Advise on menu and attend tasting with caterer

- Coordinate rehearsal

- Assemble and deliver welcome bags

- Confirm details, arrival times, and delivery of  vendors and rentals

- Adhere to wedding day schedule to ensure everything runs promptly

- Provide event emergency kit for any and every situation that could arise

- Oversee timely venue flip for ceremony and reception 

- Handle and place all personal items (guestbook, photos, etc.) and printed materials  

- Assemble and arrange favors 

- Cue processional to begin and ensure proper order
